Light force but with one hand, nothing big.

Ya ---Its best to leave every clamp loose till the turbo is plumbed in, then go down the line, fine tune the pipes and tighten

And --yes, the A/C bracket to pipe is prone to break

Hopefully TN will take care of you. Not too exciting though in the mean time!

Would it be better for you to try and get the relocation kit now, or is this already it?

I already have the relocation kit on.

No I didn't overboost, not even close. I wasn't driving hard, I think maybe 7psi.

I never had the issue of broken tabs or piping driving the car for 2 years. I don't know why some people would have any more.

I dont know, the only thing I can figure out is having to use a lever to line the piping up or bottoming it out (which is highly unlikely). Personally I'm not even sure which tabs I used to attach the piping to the ac compressor. I was running only one bolt there and it worked fine.

Sometimes sht just happens I guess.

I agree. In multiple years on my car and tens of thousands of miles I've never seen a broken tab. Perhaps too much force/tension during install?

Got a pic? I'm interested in seeing. I'll look at mine when I get to Orlando this next week.

Any chance you hit/ran over something, high centered on a speed bump, etc?

I'll be able to post some pics tonight when I get home.

I didn't hit anything, or high center at all.
