And I'm sure he immediately gave you a sales pitch for another kit?

he had recommended an APS kit before saying i ordered the turbonetics. then i tell him and he says the turbonetics kit is "inferior" and plan to save some cash back for new wastegate / turbo

LOL. I figured as much. Lets not start the APS vs Turbonetics debate, but go look at the APS ST threads and see people are very much having issues with those as well...

Take everything you hear from a DEALER with a grain of salt. Most of them will tell you anything to get you to up their profit margins.

i understand what you mean, i told him i wanted to shop around for a better price than he quoted me on the kit and he said go ahead and order the kit for myself, it isnt going to hurt their feelings or anything. so even if i did get the APS kit, it wasnt going to benefit them, unless they just believe the APS to be an easier install.

ill trust TN, i went with my instinct and personal preference... and got a hell of a deal

I sent eveything in to TN. They sent 2 pipes back to me and one ended up being the wrong pipe. Miscommunication somewhere. So I sent them back and talked to Ed and he sent the correct pipes along with new moounting hardware and new heat wrap for the pipes.

Overal I'm very pleased with TN, my car is back on the road and enjoying boost again.
Glad everything worked out and your back in the Z .

That kinda sounds like something GRD would say in regards to the APS v. Turbonetics kit.
