As Supra mentioned check the white box behind the ac controls and any wiring associated with it, all of those signals go through that box.

do you have a test light? that is one of the easiest ways to test all the fuses.

I do and I am going to hit up all these ideas first thing in the morning, hopefully the problem will reveal itself and be of no serious nature.

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!! That was it, I have the center dash taken apart because I am painting it, I didnt realize that when I put everything back together that I didnt put that back in. The second I did, WALA!

Thank you very much everyone for helping me out in this matter! You are all lifesavers!

I dont know if I would of figured it out without you. The turbo install was way easier than this, tracing all that damn wire to see if I cut anything. DAMN!
