1. Problem, gauge pod is not operating. It is receiving power and the odometer is working but nothing else is reading. The speedometer doesnt work, the rpm gauge does not work, will not read fuel level, says its empty and it actually full. Several caution lights are on.
The car turns over fine, revs up fine, not pushing it because of the new turbo without tune.
Install/remedy.
1. UTEC, took it back off connected the ecu back up to the wiring harness and still the problem exists.
2. Checked the fuses that have to do with the electronics and ignition all were good.
3. Disconnected the boost gauge and AEM wideband problem still exists.
4. Installed my friends gauge cluster(still there)
5. The only power that I tapped into was the cigarette lighter because it was a close ignition power source.
6. I connected my ground to a screw that bolts down the gear shift ring plate
I dont know what to do. I was thinking of putting my friends ecu into my car and turning it on to see if the problem goes away but I dont know if that will work.
Any suggestions or ideas?

I just checked every fuse and there were 2 fuses that were blown, the mirror and cigarette fuse. Everything else was good, check again and still nothing is reading.

If you blew fuses, you shorted something. First figure out what you did wrong. Fix that. Then look at the service manual for the wiring diagram and see if you can trace the wiring from the blown fuses back further to a fuse higher up in the chain (like the one off the battery that feeds the smaller fuses).

I dont have anything that is connected from prior everything has been taken off minus the tn kit itself, non of the wiring is still hooked up except for the hot wire leading to the cig lighter. that is not connected to anything. Not sure where I should look, I guess once I get the wiring diagram I will trace the wires.
