i am guessing that dyno is crank HP, because the stock plot on that graph says 300 hp.. which would be a rev-up motor

Am I just seeing things or is the Valcon allowing the engine to produce power well beyond 6500 rpm? If this is the case I am assuming that this is possible becuase it is playing with the cam phasing outside of the OEM parameters in the factory ECU. This sould be a significant item for those of us looking to make power above 6500rpm. Since most of the stand alone ecus do not control the cam timing, it is to hard to make power to 7000rpm

Would the Greddy V-manage basically do the same thing?

as i searched i found out it work with HKS vpro so its not a stand alone that control the cams and valve time opinening.

since it work with the f-con vpro and the f-con as i know do have the future of controlling cam and valve that would be a great piece of equipment to go with it

Balcon Mounting Well into the final. Thailand to control the global variable in the controller.
To bring control to the independent left and right banks, so as not取RI込MANAI and each signal line, it is quite often the number of wires must取RI付KENAKERE

When you unload the engine下ROSHIMASHITA to pull together the computer from the wiring inside the engine room. Connect the wires to redraw Balcon indoors. And from work in引KI込N indoors, we are working hard to narrow

Wiring process is terminated. , Right on the mark to check the local power supply is OK.
To the display, I see the angle of the cam. Spark advance, the angle repeatedly delayed, idle, low to medium speed to be able to set up the best high speed valve timing.
Now, after the oil and it is finally starting to put the engine cooling water.

■ Features
● ability to utilize the full control of variable valve mechanism of hundred-proof, low-rotation can improve the output to the high rotation region. GDB if the old model year vehicles is particularly effective.
● GDB is the number on the control wires, as if the process requires direct wiring 18 places. Dedicated to prevent initial problems and improve operations by faulty wiring at the ECU mounted and connected with a harness. The map Y that are often used by the pressure sensor on the axis, in addition to the traditional view of the voltage on the power writers, pressure display (only the big map) and also (see the voltage controller only) .

■ Features
● normal ECU control of valve timing and hundred-proof, apart from the engine shaft speed to control valve timing in any three-dimensional map of the output voltage axis EAFURO.
● Real-time output to a data logger for the state of the valve timing control.
● OFF normal power to the ECU switches to control valve timing. (If the Lancer, running back, but not normal controls)
● When the ignition OFF and remove the battery and settings are remembered.
View ● Thailand BARCARES OFFSET value, semi-automatic adjustment.
● It is possible to control the angle of slow-open throttle condition.
● Wiring of all non-grounded power coupler mounting ON.
● Power Products Reseller's writers.

I looked into the HKS-Valcon, but when I checked on it, you can only purchase it with the HKS cams. So, instead, I went with the UpRev Osiris Tuner, which allows for tuning of the cam timing. I haven't tried it yet, but will once we have my car back together.

The F-con V Pro does not control the cam phasing. This is handled by the factory ECU, which is what the Uprev Osiris software is designed to tune. In other words, it doesn't much matter what EMS you use so long as you still are using the ECU to handle your cam phasing, which indeed is the case with the F-Con.

On the other hand, I believe that the Haltech Platinum has the ability to control cam phasing, thus relinquishing the control from the ECU if so desired. Therefore, if you have a Haltech Platinum, you probably would not want to buy the UpRev Osiris Tuner if you are only seeking to control cam phasing. Why pay for additional software/hardware if you don't need to.

That said, the Osiris Tuner software also can be used to control other functions of the ECU, for example changing your idle if you are using high duration cams, etc. Moreover, some people don't even bother with using an aftermarket EMS, and just use the Osiris Tuner software for their tuning needs.

Here is information from the UpRev Osiris Tuner web page:

Osiris Tuner

The Osiris Tuner system includes Cipher, Map Switching, the flash utility and our powerful, new 2.0 ROM Editor. Osiris Tuner supports NA applications and high horse power forced induction vehicles. Using the an HPX MAF and 1000cc injectors we have tuned for over 550whp on the G35.

Osiris Tuner is a licensed based system. The purchase of Osiris Tuner includes one license that will be transferred to the first ECU that is flashed. This vehicle can then be flashed as many times as the user wants, but the flash will not work on any different vehicles.

Osiris Tuner does not include any base maps or eTunes, the user is expected to develop their own tune for their vehicle using the stock ROMS included in the software package. Paid technical support can be found through UpRev’s Pro Tuners or through purchasing eTunes.

Parameters that are supported in the ROM Editor include:

•Up to 5 Maps on cruise control equipped vehicles
•Idle RPM
•Speed Limiter
•Electronic Throttle Control to achieve Wide Open Throttle at all speeds.
•Rev Limiter
•DTC disable
•AFR Targets
•Fuel Compensation
•Ignition Timing Advance
•Cam Phasing for equipped vehicles.
•MAF transfer function
•Cranking Enrichment and Ignition Advance
•Injector Latency
•K Fuel Multiplier
•Intake Temp
•Calculated Load vs. RPM
•Minimum Effective Injector Pulse Width

I have an F-Con V Pro, and I did have GTM re-flash my ECU with the Osiris software some time back to disable the CEL and up my idle rpm, which worked beutifully with my JWT C2 cams. I only recently upgraded to the full system, and I haven't yet had a chance to play with it. So, other than disabling the ECU and smoothing out my idle, I can't give a personal opinion as to how well the rest of the functions work. From what I understand, however, some people have had very good experiences with it. In fact, I think GTM recently used it to get over 600 rwhp out of an HR motor using only the factory ECU and no aftermarket EMS, and Sam indicated that it worked well.

If you are seriously interested in this, I would contact UpRev directly, or one of the tuners in this forum that use Osiris. I know GTM and Forged Performance use it, but I'm confident others do too.

EDIT: OP, I just looked at your screen name - I don't think you would want to forego using an EMS for 900 hp. Double check with your tuner, though. So, if you are going with an F-Con V Pro, you probably want to take a good look at the Osiris Tuner package.

If you are going with a Haltech Platinum, though, probably no need to. It would be a little less expensive to just have someone else perform the ECU re-flash to disable the CEL and adjust your idle using the software. If you do that you may save a couple hundred bucks.
