7.5 psi With the 3.12 vortech pulley
I have the 3.12 pully and im getting 9.5-10 psi @7000 rpm
defenetly belt slippage, I would bet money on it. Even if it dosnt squeek it dosnt mean its not slipping @ high rpms.

well i tightend mine down pretty good and took the cog belt off so i could just hear the jackshaft and pulleys and it is silent so that is a good sign. On another note my cog tensioner pulley is getting pretty loud, I probably need to replace it because I have been driving with it installed wrong

i figured the bearing in it was going out in that pulley. I was just going to buy another one for $37, the kit was used anyways.

Tighten the belt tensioner till you think its not going to go anymore...Any idea about tq #?
you push down on the belt , the center should not go down.. What part of the belt are you referring to to find the center?
Is this in the Vortech manual... My point is Vortech should have provided the appropriate data in there install manual rather than leaving it to the customer to try to figure it out...
