Today we had time to dyno our stroker package, with surprisingly good results. The first full pull on wastegate (1bar) yielded over 600whp on the Dyno Dynamics through an automatic (Powerglide), and it went up from there.
After 25 600+whp pulls it was time to turn it up slightly. Using our soon-to-be-released Haltech Platinum plug+play standalone, we set the tune overly safe. Then came a few more pulls yielding 750, 800, and we quit for dinner with 880whp at 22psi. This was with minimal tuning: a/f around 10.5:1 and timing at 12 degrees. No eXtra correction added, and atmospheric was 1.06.
Engine: Injected Performance BC 4.2L, Cosworth Heads, IP Cams
Transmission: Powerglide
Turbo setup: Custom Injected Performance Single Turbo (GT47-88)
Management: Haltech Platinum PnP Standalone
Tomorrow we plan on changing the oil and doing some tuning. There is plenty of power left at the current boost with tuning fuel, advance, cam timing, etc. After that, we will continue to raise the boost.

that is one smooth power curve... i wish i could see where the power is starting to drop off...looks well before redline? btw, is this on pump gas or race fuel?

so, cheaper than the FCON and better? you've really got me thinking here... does it have the same issues as the FCON? (cel lights, sporadic idle, etc.)

Idle is rock steady, and CEL is to be determined

the pics were posted here about 2 years ago, completely custom front bumper setup, tubular front end rad support, pretty neat actually.
