Default APS Extrem kit on STOCK motor 2006

We recently installed an APS extreme turbo kit on a stock motor 2006 350Z. We had to make modifications to the steering knuckle to make it fit, but the end result was worth it. We opted for the APS Extreme because the customer wants to build the motor in a year or two, and the APS already has the bigger BB turbos and the fuel system to do the job. We also added the tall boy plenum and the 3" exhaust, which I never heard on a higher compression stock motor, and it sounds SICK! Here is the Dyno, we made over 400hp at only 5PSI!! Once again these are standard DJ corrections, and our dyno is within 5 whp at these power levels of the local DJ.

great numbers, but basically he will be building his motor sooner than 1-2 years because NO ONE can keep from turning up the boost. LOL

perfect torque curve. Is that lump at the end tuning issue or is it normal?

Question are the steering modifications due to the fact that its a Rev-up motor.

No it is due to the fact that it is the rev-up motor and that it is a 06. They switched the steering racks in 06. Not sure if it applies to the 06 autos w/ the 287hp motor.

Little info on the tune? As above is this some agressive timing?

Im aiming for 4-450whp myself. If i can do it at 5psi thats sick.

To answer some questions...

1) Sterring knuckel modifications were made to make it fit..We used some of Sam@GTM's insight and made some of our own additional modifications.
2) conservative tune, no more than 17 degrees peak timing..Just big turbos on a high compression motor.

i had the same issue with the knuckel on mine, and put in an 05 knuckel but now have no power steering at low speeds, is the knuckel mod on the 06 easy to do or not?
