There is a bleeder hose / tube that goes into that hole... I am not totally sure myself what it is for but I put it back in there. You should be able to see it when looking down into the engine bay... It would be below and it comes from the left of the blower as you are looking into the engine bay, below the belts...

What does the hose look like? I don't see a hanging hose by the blower. What exactly is it connected to on the engine...maybe I can trace it back. Is it bad if it was never connected or is just sucking air from the atmosphere?

Thanks, I will look for it. When I had a CAI, I don't remember messing with a bleeder hose.

Anyways, new question. I noticed that there is a bolt going directly into the bottom of the blower. A little to the front. Is that normal? Seems like its there to help hold the blower up, but it looks out of place.
