Default Performance Factory special!! JWT 700 kit dyno/pics inside

and you thought we only built drag cars...

this car is a very special car to us. we took in basically a stock car and made it into a track monster. the car will be fully caged and gutted out very soon to complete its mission. also the utec will be ditched to add a FCon VPro and make it an all around perfect car!!

the car was built from the ground up, AP racing BBK, full engine overhaul/rebuild from PF. new exhaust, JWT cams, springs, etc and of course the JWT 700 bb kit.

Engine specs are as follows...

Engine teardown and inspection
Performance Factory "Untouchable" pistons
Eagle rods
1/2 inch head studs
hks headgasket
JWT S2 cams
JWT springs shims
mild clean up on the head ports
rev up oil pump
rear coolant bypass mod
complete balance and blueprint of entire engine

then we added

JWT 700 kit
Full evo tt exhaust
clutchmaster fx400 clutch / flywheel
autometer nexus gauges, wideband, fuel pressure, boost/vac
CJ motorsports stage two return fuel system
denso injectors
utec engine management
Blitz SBC ID boost controller
All redline fluids throughout
AP Racing Full big brake kit

Car runs very very strong, since it is an 05 , we have had some issues with the utec, we have had this in the past on the 05s, some of them just dont act very smooth on the engauge/disengauge part and some part throttle stuff.

we are adding a full VPro setup later on this month....

This car hauls A$$!!!

here is the wastegate springs boost level at right under 10.6 pounds with 15 psi overlayed.

have fun ben!!! be safe with all that new power....

That plus using JWT S2 cams gives it away

Beautiful build - nice job PF! I think that's one of the highest power JWT 700bb kits I've seen. Was that on pump gas? Aggressive vs. conservative timing? Also why no heat shield on the intake - superfluous?

car started out with a carbon fiber hood that we had to redo the intake and move it so it sat lower to miss the cut outs on the hood. we made a new coupling work so it angled it down. we decided we liked it better this way and left it even though the stock hood went back on.

we are actually getting rid of the one filter, adding twin intakes and redoing the whole intake piping as soon as the fcon goes in...
