Bert, Julain and my self have 1.6 to 1.7 60ft so I think Its going to come down to shifting. I think Bert is going to spank us on Low boost! He plans on keeping it in 4th, with his calc, he's good for 135plus in that gear. I have to shift to 5th and so does Juian, that = at least .3 of a sec.
Yes, but can you guys cut a .006 light??

I would love to borrow some slicks! Its going to be one fun night. 30 cars + 3hours of track time = lots and lots of runs!

I will have spare axles. If you guys want some transmissions the next day give me a call! Or if you pay me before Ill bring some to the track. CD009 trans with lessthen 2k miles on them.

Wait once? I ran 11.98 @ 114mph my 2nd pass ever! Backed it up by 11.99 @ 115, and 11.99 @ 115mph in 90 degree MD summer heat. Oh BTW-that was with weaksauce 1.7-1.86 60ft's! This time I'll actually launch the car;)

How much horsepower were you putting down with the Turbonetics for those runs?

Jeremy-is that a low boost or high boost prediction? Your one of the few guys who's opinions/advice I respect...we'll see how the 10.5" ET Streets do.

Actual uncorrected winter day was 396whp 400ft/lbs. That was on a Dynojet, IIRC SAE corrected was 384 390ft/lbs...

The diff. between ET street and full ET low 60' slicks potential should be minimal..

No doubt! I cut a few 1.65's with my 275/60/15 ET Street Radials with only 350hp/400trq. Thats about what Jeremy was hitting with slicks around same power level. I was running about 18 psi in them because I didn't want to snap axles.

I think 15 psi in a ET street with 480hp/480trq can see 1.5X 60', easy!
If Alberto keeps his car together I think he'll hit 10's

AJ hit 11.00 with a 1.5 60' with similar power levels but if I remember correctly Alberto is making more power in higher RPM's... Cleaner power band!

If the temp. is around 75, my prediction is:

Alberto - 10.92 @ 129 w/ 1.5X 60'
MRC - 11.24 @ 126 w/ 1.6X 60'

well i think you will be close on your predictions as well jay.

it takes a lot to get from 11.5 to 11.0, i would love to see you do that on your lowest boost level alberto, the best of luck to you both and we are anxiously waiting to see some faster quarter mile times from the Z community.

hopefully you will just come back and show that some of the stuff we done isnt all that easy to do
