Why does everyone have me trapping only 124-126?Do you guys think my car make weak sauce power?? When i raced Philthy I was making 580DD on a compromised copper head gasket, and not even shifting into 5th gear, but coasting through the traps I went 11.7 @125 getting out of it..I think alot of people are in for a surprise if it comes to underestimating me..Remember, you have only seen the timeslips I have "wanted" you to see

If you go by recent history, I think Julian has the upper hand given he has more ¼ mile runs than Alberto on a TT setup... The only vid I've seen with Alberto's TT setup at the drag strip, he destroyed his trans If he's going all out, he may do that again, and Julian will win the best out of five by default...
My first time at the track against Julian on street tires I went, 12.9, 12.6, and 12.3 - and that was all the runs I was able to get in that night. A couple more runs and I would have surely been in the 11's on street tires no problem! With Julian's issues fixed, I see no reason why he will not be in the 10's on his drag race setup. If Alberto doesn't get into the 10's it would be a BIG disappointment IMO.
My Predictions:
Alberto 10.9 @ 126mph
Julian 10.7 @ 132mph (surprises everyone)

Hey Jeremy!
What trap do you think they need to get to trap 10.7 with a 6 speed.
The reason I ask is becuase I belive he has trapped 10's with a 6speed.

I'm no drag racing expert, but on my second run at the track I missed 5th ( ) and managed a 12.6 at 101mph... With my STI (check out Turbo Magazine this month ) I ran an 11.3 & 117mph on street tires, got to love AWD! So given my little 1/4 mile experience, I think 132mph should get you into the 10's...

I suspect they will both be in the 11s and Julian will win.

I presume they're not going "heads up", probably just best E.T.
