Nice write-up. One piece of advice that I can offer is to NEVER use the tap with a drill. It should be done by hand. You should run in it a few turns then reverse it out. Do this until you have it all the way through. You can really f*ck up the hole if you go to crazy with the drill.

Yeah, great point... If you do use a drill use a corded drill and be very careful and patient with it.... You do need to drill a small amount at a time, back it out, and drill more in incriments... Do not attempt to go all the way thru in one attempt... You will "F" it up.

Mine has been running flawlessly since the install and I am hitting 9.2 - 9.6 PSI with the 3.12 pulley... I am going to try the 2.87 pulley when I get the time to install the utec and get a re-tune for it.
