Where to get OEM parts?

Where to get OEM parts?
I Am in the process of taking the turbo out of my car, my question is where do you guys get oem partsthat you need when taking the turbo out of the car? I need the little yellow piece that is in the bottom of the fuel pump housing, that needed to be drilled out. Also the black rubber fuel pump cussion that needed to be cut in half to fit the walbro pump. I wentto the dealer for these parts and they said you must order the whole thing which is 300$ .Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
