Every setup will require different amounts as no two setups are the same. People can give suggestions or their settings, but in reality the stock block is fragile, and too much advance will kill it and too little timing drives the EGTs up. Get to a dyno dynamics and get a good tune on it - you will then make the most power and the engine will be happiest this way.
