diesel power goes out with a bang at the track looking on building engine soon anything 2 pay attention to and when doing this build is sleeving a must for track use.

you blew your engine tracking it?
can you give us some more details? were you running race gas?
your psi was at 13 psi right?
you're running a T-trim on the stock block right?

My new setup (BZM
) is almost complete but ran into a prblem with the blower and is currently at vortech getting repaired

oh wow, somehow I totally missed that thread so this is news to me. That really sucks
I'm just now finding out about it
so there's 3 blown up vortechs between zzerotwosixty, deisel, and pharmD. Sounds like zzerotwosixty was having some problems with the engine before he put his vortech on, deisel's car was being pushed hard on the track it sounds like and probably just eventually let go since he is running a lot of power, and then Mr_pharmD's engine might have let go from either a weak engine (rod) from the start or maybe high temps somehow ganged up on that cylinder
I take it everyone was using 91 octane gas except maybe deisel?
