Performance Factory presents "A Shady story..." (584whp G35c)
Yea well I bought my 1st g35 (04 red auto
) from this dealership and then I took my 2nd G35 (6mt) to them for an APS ST install so they know me somewhat. I guess you could say they are "somewhat" mod friendly
my car should be done by infiniti today, just called they said they were putting the wastegates back in. Hoping the v9 trans will be smooth like butter. Cant wait to drive this beast around

I have nothing against dealerships, but when you say "they were putting the wastegates back in"...I would have some concern. We all know your car is far from stock, you may want to have everything checked over by a performance shop before you drive that thing hard, unless that dealer is use to that level of aftermarket trickery. A simple go over would be good...just to make sure the vac hoses/clamps/heat wrap is all intact and secure. Not trying to jinx you, better to be safe than sorry.

...or even if they don't secure the linesI really hate being negative like that, but it happens. Seen it before.

well ive put about 75 miles on the car since getting it. On 6psi map & 10psi map. Everything seems fine. Sounds right boost showing right around what it should be. The trans was beat originally (remanufactured - accident) this one is butter. I got on it twice just up to like 5k just to make sure its all good.
Thanks for all the concern but this dealership installed a couple Greddy TTs before, including my APS ST on my last car & I brought my last car to get tuned and the shop said everything was nicely done. So I pretty much trust them. Not to mention one of there head techs was workin on the car he seemed to be pretty compitent.
All good so far! Cant wait for the crappy weather in NJ to be gone!
