I'm at 40k miles and am thinking about adding a Procharger, is this resonable to do at this mileage?

I added my stillen stage 3 at 55k... currently at 75k with no problems

If you are really worried, add a Stillen. It may not have all the HP in the world, but it's 100% plug and play, and doesn't beat the hell outta the engine.

I added my vortech at 40k. Have 75k now with numerous trips to the drag strip.

 

Anything under 80k should be fine and a leak down test would be in order as well.

JAPTRIX is located in S. Florida. Never been there but hear alot of good things about them.

 

You shouldnt have any problems as long as you have maintained the car properly.I had a stillen s/c on my car since mid-late 2003 up until about 47,000 miles and i put the greddy twins on a couple months ago...........and so far so good.It would be advisable to do like said above a compression check and leak down test first,mine was perfect so i wasnt worried.

 

Go look into the Vortech SC at Performance Factory. I've heard they got an amazing price going on.
