i went to onther shop today, and he told me the piston rings are leaking...
so i got this list of parts he requires, tell me what do u think
arias pistons 9.0
^ get the arias extreme duty pistons vs the standard arias
ARP L19 head stud kit
^good
HKS metal head gaskets
^good
Eagle rods or pauter rods (dunno which one is better?!)
Get the eagle rods. The pauter are not worth nearly twice the money IMHO. if there were only a $100 difference, get the pauter, but the eagles are PLENTY strong
ARP head and main stud kit
You don't need the head studs as that is what you are getting with the L19. You still need the ARP main stud kit
do i need anything else?!

I am sure I left something out, but that is the majority of what I can remember off the top of my head
