However I 100% agree with Tony, as soon as the tuner saw it going the slightest bit lean, time to ABORT.Anyone who stays in it as either stupid, or REALLY stupid.. My advice, find anothe rtuner and give your car a REALLY good once over, something as minimal as a loose vacume line or wire, can cause engine failure. I suggest finding a shop that specializes in 350Z's or, believe it or not, Mustangs. Most mustangs have blowers and a shop familiar with them should be very familiar with a Vortech and Procharger set up and tune..

exactly what he said.

Thanks for the help guys, it's just hard to find a shop that tunes the SS box... Someone on here told me of a shop in Torrance that tunes the R4... The car seems to be running well right now but I'm gonna take it there asap...

Again thanks for everything!

Also, is there more potential of belt slippage at high rpm in higher gears 4-5-6

you can fix the slippage problem by replacing the belt the kit came with with a GATES belt...you can get them at NAPA.

Already got it, I don't think the belt is slipping... Is it pretty apparent from inside the car when it does?

Ughh I need money for some gauges!

There is no issue running the stock injectors with the 3.12

The OP really needs to get his car retuned before randomly deciding the problem went away. Take it to Chruch's and be done. To be blatantly honest, if you can't afford it, you shouldn't be doing any form of FI in the first place. Not a dig, just being truthful.

After you already put down 350 for a tune you don't leave a lot of room, I had the a/f tested and it's a tiny bit rich so it's safe to drive. Thanks for your input though.
