u might get 400hp to the crank with the HKS but u can for sure get 400hp to the wheel from the vortech by getting a smaller pulley.

Vortech is MUCH better power for the money, as long as they've fixed a few of the manufacturing issues we've seen lately.

What kind of tech support and tuners do you have in france? that would sway me in a big way regardless of the power.

I like the HKS unit myself. not as noisy, good low end power and if I remember, ninja was putting out over 400whp with his HKS setup so it is possible.

I would estimate with your mods you may see around 340RWhp an 325RwTq with the HKS.

Now the Votech as taurran stated.
Vortech is MUCH better power for the money, as long as they've fixed a few of the manufacturing issues we've seen lately.
With a Vorech you could easily get 400RWhp an 338RWtq. Just change the pulley.
I myself am wating to see more on the HKS GT Supercharger Pro kit. I have talked with HKS USA an gotten info on the unit.
https://my350z.com/forum/forced-induction/299324-big-things-coming-from-hks-soon.html
The number I was quoted on there test car with there Cams an EMS unit was 450 Rwhp and 385tq. This was with a 10lb pully.

i guess 400 to the wheels is very optimistic even with a vortech
i say 400 to the crank with the 2.87 pulley...

Think he gave it a spray of NO2 to the intercooler that got sucked into the intake to get it there . Think he was around 365whp [dynoJet] with SC alone

thanks for your reply
my tuner is not in france, but in belgium he's owner of nissan garage.
he don't use all part of HKS kits, and modify some parts, he use HKS because he incorporate enclosing lubrification and use planetary rollers.
he said to me be sur to have 380/400 hp to the wheels.
a friend of mine use vortech and have little problem with them

why not get the new hks gt-supercharger? I believe it should be available in Europe? Otherwise, I'd go with the vortech. bonne chance!

Really? I've never heard of an HKS unit making this kind of power.

The most feedback I've heard from the few Central Florida HKS ROTREX owners is "wasted my money, shoulda gone turbo". It's good if you want a name brand kit with good build quality, but for $/hp the vortech seems to make people much happier.

Vortech with 2.87 pulley can go way past 400 rwhp if you have the right supporting mods & an aggressive tune.

yes hks has developed a new supercharger that is superior to the rotrex. Check the hks japan website for more info.
