MacOn Airport was the one that I had the chance to talk with, and their rep said that the supervisor would call me back. He also stated that they would most likely be able to support our event.
What I told them:
It was going to be a "test and tune" that we need approx 3 hours for, that I thought would be more than enough to do what we want.
I am going to hear from them tomorrow and get all of the details.
