[5.75/SC pulley] x [upper cog pulley teeth/lower cog pulley teeth] x [3.54 x redline rpm] = impeller speed



5.75" = crank pulley diameter
SC pulley = 3.33, 3.12, 2.87, 2.62 pulley etc
on original VQ35 kit: upper cog pulley = 32, lower = 28, I think it's different for the rev up kit
3.54 = step up gear ratio

 

Why would you need to know this?? Just wondering.

 

for figuring out how much the blower can spin to with your pulley vs redline relationship

 

Yeah right now i have a 34t js cog 28t sc and a 2.62 but i think i might downsize the js cog to a 32 and then i will only over spin the charger 3000 rpms which cant be to bad
