Default New guy here with a 2006 350z, some Questions

I have a 350z and I want to put in either a turbo or a supercharger, I am just getting the hang of things with turbos and superchargers this is why I have a couple quesions.

Which would be better(im looking for HP) a turbo kit or a supercharger?

What are some good kits?

This is my daily driver so I need something reliable.
As of now I just have a simple intake on it, I am getting also getting 20s soon.

Here is a picture.

is it new? before investing into your Z, I'd check to see if it has oil consumption. the 2006 MT model is known to burn a lot of oil. If it doesn't, I'd go with supercharger. It's a lot more reliable

nice color choice too
