^ did you not use the molex plug fitting that came with the BCS? Or did yours not come with it?

KP, what would you consider high boost? I plan on running as much as needed to be around 450whp or so. Am I past the UTEC BCS "trouble threshold"?

Mine did not come with the plug fitting. I had to go to radio shack and comb through their lack of inventory to find something that worked

I would guess anything over 9lbs or so you'll have issues with.

I've had no issues up to 12# so far. I turned "the wick" up one week when I filled up on race gas. MY UTEC BCS held no problem around 11-12 psi.....I was paying too much attention.

Kevin, As we have discussed in the past.......I think the current programing of the BCS control is primarily designed to work with dual port wastegates (where the BCS si trying to hold the wastegate closed by sending a boost signal to the top port.) In actuated or sinlge port wastegate designs, the BCS would need to regualte in a manner as to restict any any boost signal going to the actuator. I truly believe that TXS needs another parameter in their programming to the BCS for compensate for single (actuators) or dual port wastegates.

Well at least if I have issues with the BCS at the boost I will be running, I can always switch to a standalone EBC. Not much invested in the BCS.

Find out in about 60 days...
