Question May sound like a noob question but it really isnt

I was doing some research on turbos and S/C's a while back and came across this other type of FI system which was never developed but in theory looked to provide all the advantages and none of the draw backs of the turbo or S/C systems. I wanted to find out what this systems was called so I could do some further reading on it cause it just sounded interesting. Can any of you tell me what the name of that FI system was?

Okay, I'll bite,..........What is Nitrous Injection for 20 dollars, Alec?

But seriously, you're gonna have to be more specific if you want any real response. It's accepted wisdom that there are on only three types of forced induction, engine-driven (supercharger), exhaust-driven (turbocharger) and exogenous or added (nitrous). There have been multiple derivations and combinations from these basic premises but the three main categories remain.

Would you care to refine your question or does that answer it?

there is no drawback to turbo systems. they take your existing power curve and only add to it. you wont come up with any complaints.
