Default Price to install a turbo kit?

I called a few shops today and they toldme around $1800 to $2000 is this a fare? also no tunig ... that is extra?

plase help I'm about to get a turbo kit

the price was for a turbonetics kit

price seems about right if it comes with a tune....which in my opinion is the true beauty of hiring an installer in the first place.

If you figure 100$ an hour they are quoting 18-20 hrs...either their prices are way to high per hour or they are not familiar with installing a turbonetics kit. I was under the impression some of the shops on this forum could accomplish this install in around 8 or so hours.

A few people that installed their own kit say that ill take about 8 hours...

it definitely takes longer than 8 hours. we charge around 1500 to install it and 500-600 on the tune depending on what they are looking for...

i've received quotes for about 2500 for a TT kit installed and tuned.

What keeps you from making the drive? It is definetly worth the trip to the Performance Factory.

You drop the car off for 3 days and head to Universal & Disney and have yourself a vacation. When you head back to the PF your car has some maw powa.

If you get the full Turbonetics kit then you won't need a tune. It comes with a ECU reflash.

Take I-95 north with a big smile on your face. You can't go wrong.

wait your getting a turbonetics kit installed right? If so it should be less for the install. Correct guys?
