Damn Doug, lay it down... The first to strike him down. A little harsh.
Don't get me wrong, the Stillen SC kit is fun(from experience)... for beginners. You WILL get a taste of boost & want to up-grade. I did.

Don't bother with different exhausts, there will be little if any gain. If you want more power, get the stage 3 pulley & some sticky tires
Sorry Doug, I didn't think that was a serious quest. The way you posted, then Jay'Z & his
I didn't see anything positive coming after an answer. I figured we all knew he meant this forum we're all posting in.

I have a stage 4 and I had a smaller pulley made. It all most makes 9 lbs of boost on a ported M-62 blower. Out put is 303 RWHP, its a 5 AT, but I have headers on the engine, I tried the radom cats and it lost 6 RWHP. I have one bad cylinder # 2 is at 120 lbs.
Im in the process of installing another block, with GTM supercharger cams, and cosworth heads.
Stillen has told me that they made 350 rwhp with there set up.
I also have a stillen VB, and a pro torque converter. Best pass 13.09 on street tires. ( mines and 2003 ) ( 275/35/19)
Looking at the new TVS blower, (1.6 liter out put )
I measured my pulleys and the preasure ratio is 1.58 (8.5 lbs of boost) and at 7100 rpm the Sc is turning between 13800 to 14800 rpm ( allowing for error in measurements). its running at 52 to 53 % effenciny based on a the M62, 5th genereation performance map from Eaton. All it does is make heat and no more power. Its moving 800 ft of air. If you look at the R 1320 TVS , it would be turning 11000 rpm at 73% pushing 850 cfm. At @ PR of 1.58, My elevation is around 600 ft above sea level.
Does any body know how much more power it would make ? I am not the greatist at measuring and my # may be off by a little.
If any body can help me please PM, me.
I would like to get the TVS 1600 series blower for the car but i can not find one, as they have not been released yet.
Thanks.

^^Stillen SC will not make 350whp on an auto without n2o. If you've outgrown what you have, move on. The TVS blower will cost $5500 + ton of fab, just look at Quamen's project. The TVS will be on the new ZR1 & Caddy CTS-V, the VQ has plenty of options & no need to tag-along with GM.
Hey c3 rolling, did you buy that Stillen exhaust from me?
