RA has requested an appeal to the 9th district court and it has been granted.
the judge in the circuit court states there is no hard evidence which says this new shop is the same shop as VRT, but with a different name.
that is the current accusation on hand, not whether Scott from RA is unethical or is still involved with VRT.
the case has now been moved on to the Supreme Court.

I just stated that Scott knew nothing about Mark fixing my motor because I was talking directly to Mark.
Scott knew I had a problem with my motor, but he never returned my calls so we talked directly to Mark instead.
Well that was until Nov when I dropped of my block @Mark's shop then Scott shows up.
I don't know if they talked about my motor, but I didn't get any phone calls from Scott until that PM was posted asking about my motor.
I just want my car back up and running all this drama of who is who is giving me a headache especially when Mark told me he doesn't work for RA he builds motors for anybody.
The fact is a master nissan tech shouldn't of missed so many obvious things with my motor. I understand no one is perfect, but give me a break.
If there is a problem with something you built make it right not say I give up here's your money back.
I consider my motor to be a simple re-build which was bore used block(we provided), replace 2 broken pistons, new rings for all pistons and install cams.
I got back a motor twice with over 40% leakdown and cams installed not in clearance spec.
