Quicksilver is right. If you can fit the crash bar then you can fit the intercooler.



This is a picture of Mike@IOS's car. As you can see, it fits even with the stock from bumper. I will say he did trim a little bit off the back of the black center grill for clearance. He was the first ot ever install it, and trimmed it to error on the caution side for clearance.

Jeffie,

Are you planing on retaining your crash bar with your JP kit? I know some kits actually require you to 86 your crashbar all together.

I don't know, car is in my garage, the front bumper was just dropped off at the shop, I'm having them clean it up and change a few things I don't like about it, and while their at it, I'll have them make room for the intercooler if need be but with out knowing the size of the IC...

Well the dimensions of the core are (27"x12"x4" Front Mount Intercooler), I would give your self atleast 5-6" of clearance from the core support. If that helps. I wouldn't be to worried, as long as your having your bumper done by a reputable bodyshop, they should have no problem trimming the bumper afterwards without damaging the paint... if needed at all.
