Call PDX Tuning, ask when Tim Bailey will be there and available to tune. I am sure there are several in the Seattle area as well that could hook you up. In fact I think Tim splits his tuning time between PDX and some place in Seattle.

try world one, they have a good utec tuner, he tuned 2 of the aps tt'd cars in the area and i was present when the cars were dyno'd and the afr was rock solid
as far as devilZ, he doesn't know sh*t, and he fell of the face of the earth after being called out for scamming someone in the nw section (he scammed istan from vegas)

Ask Fowlman. He is having his Z tuned somewhere in Norcal I believe.
Jorge, it's a sad story and I tear whenever the story is brought up.
Devil Z did drive from WA to GTM though for his built motor and FCon Tune, among other things. GTM should have a thread about his car up. Definately not a bad choice, but gdamn it's far.
