I think you'll be fine with the 850bb, your stock twin intercoolers, and a little M/W injection!

Looking forward to seeing some of the videos.

was a privilege being your first victim. If you look below I posted a link to that run where you pulled bus lengths on me. Great times. Look forward to seeing you next year, hope to have something to maje it a competition by then.

Thanks, it was fun. Loui was pulling on me at the end of our final race when I turned off my NOS, Race Gas, High Boost Map and went to my normal street settings.

Next year, maybe we can try a few runs from a dead stop....that changes everything...

What kind of 1/4 mile times and traps are you running on the above set up?

Yep no issues on the way back, the new oil filter seems to be sticking well!

Great meeting you as well. Hope you get your car all fixed up without spending too much $$$. Was it just the housing that was damaged or the sensor also? I bought a spare MAF (sensor only) a while ago - PM me if you need it (cheap!)

Well I guess the people that left early for ZdayZ got screwed over.

There's no cell phone reception at fontana village. Last time I was able to check this thread was Mid-Wednesday and it was on for SATURDAY @ 9:00 am. Then somehow it got changed to sunday 9 am, then to Friday @ 9:00 am. So the date got change 3 times in ONE night?????

Did any of the "spectators" who paypal'd $20 actually attend?

Sorry to those that paid and couldn't attend. I can tell you Dilsher spent a lot of effort trying to get this to work out for everyone. In retrospect, trying to work around weather forecasts probably was not practical as mountain weather is so unpredictable, hour to hour, let alone day to day. For the future, I think we should pick a date and stick to it rain or shine AND shop for insurance policies and event contracts that allow for refunds if an event is cancelled on account of weather (rather than a "rain check").

Live and learn - and there was a lot learned this time around. If it's any consolation, I paid the entry fee twice plus a little extra, just to cover a little gap in funding at the last minute. No one made any money on this event and there were no prizes, etc.

Forged and Injected also really came through for us in sponsoring the event despite the challenges with the weather and date changes - thanks again to both of them.

All I can say is thanks to those that paid and did not show...more beer for me.

J/K....the next even will be better....more people will show for sure. I am already planning for it. What I will do different is...I will stay close to the airport the night of the event instead of driving that kind of distance roundtrip.

In reply to Coachk's question above....

I run 10.8's at about 125MPH running 23PSI like I did at the Airport. 60' times at 1.5 to 1.7. Have not done any runs at my target of 32PSI.

+1000

Citation, your car definately was moving, and you know how to drive it. I saw a couple of slow speed roll ons that looks so clean. Glad your car turned out so nicely.

A few more pics:

I already can't wait until next year. I am planning on bringing alot more power to the strip. Maybe even beat XKR when he has all 6 spark plugs working.
