Default Greddy Oil Catch Can

Greddy seems to have 2 oil catch cans out. They have a square one (the one I prefer) and the round one. One of them was discontinued and one is the replacement. Which one is which? Also.... do i want the 9mm hose or the 15mm hose?

Honestly, have you thought about doing the catch can in the DIY forum? Much more compact. Works well. Only about $20 to do. I had the Greddy one (square one) and was just a cluster in the engine bay. Also had to have a custom bracket to make it work. The hoses that came with it had creases that couldn't be worked out. Comes in such a small box. Really no need in something that size. Just a suggestion.

yeah, but if you have the greddy tt kit, the greddy exhaust, the greddy BOV, then you gotta have the greddy catch can.

I bought the round one a long time ago, so I'm thinking the square one is the new one.
I think i got the larger hose(15mm) for the crank case vent, then replaced it with 5/8 oil resistant hose due to creases in the clear one.

You should get a good air/oil separator. Moroso makes one for about $100 with -12AN inlet/Outlet and a -6AN drain fitting. Jegs and Summit both carry it. Also, Lingenfelter Engineering makes a nice one too.

Personally, I am using the big Husky one (Home Depor special!!!) and it does a great job. I like the big separator...has much more capacity (and larger fittings) than the little one that most people use for the DIY can.

you want the 9mm one, as you will use 3/8" hose

How much in the moroso one?
I dont know if I really want a cheap plastic looking thing in my engine bay. A small aluminum one would look nice...
If I ever did the hope depot route I'd probably spraypaint it with plastic spray paint in silver.
