398whp at 6.5psi is still impressive. 487whp is just ridiculous and a bit misleading for those that don't understand correction factors.

wow 1.22 is a lot of correction. i have never seen more than 1.01 or maybe 1.02 on a crazy day. 6.5 pounds should net you right under 400 hp with the 700b turbos on a stock motor.
looks like fun !!! i agree with craig on this one though....

We have been over the altitude issue and corrections before, especially with Tim @ SFR. Robert-look up the thread if you wanna know why those numbers are overly inflated. Otherwise have fun quoting impossible numbers. You wouldnt com enear that at sea level SAE corrected. No hating, just educating!

You are 100% right. But I run 12 psi stock block and get 693 rwhp...lol

Here's the deal, though; 1.22 is the approved dyno correction factor for that dyno, and by approved, I mean it is the one NASA Rocky Mountain uses for all the race classes that require dynos, to include American Iron (a pretty big class here in NASA-RM)
So, yeah, it seems high, and it might very well be high, but there's some sort of method behind it.
