Not anyone that I know or that came out to meets, but there were about 3 or 4 guys on here that never came out. Don't know what color their Z was, but honestly I didn't think anyone had FI in RIC until I got it.
Obviously I was wrong, but that is terrible.

That sucks. I that may be a vortech kit intercooler, red z, gunmetal wheels? I have no idea who it would be but you'd think they would be on this forum. Looks like a rainy day and he lost control.

looks like a turbonetics single
if you goto the 1:16 mark in the video youll see the resemblance. The couplers and pipe shapes are very similar. Also in the car shot you can see the pipe for the air filter hanging out the front.

How do you know this information? So the owner of the car wasn't killed, it was an employee of a shop? I must have missed something

They removed the up close intercooler shot that they had in the video before.
it also had a mounting point to the hood latch on the top of the ic. I tried to get a screen cap of the IC in the vid but it wouldnt let me.
I was wondering if you had the pipes done like that custom, wonder why all the pics show it unfinished.
maybe a custom kit? Itd have to be a single or a sc....but its not a vortech because that IC is too big and i didnt see a bpv on the ic pipes.
Could it be an ATI procharger.....that might explain the n20 ( lack of tq).

That sucks for everyone involved.
Oh, and the Procharger intercooler has inlets and outlets on the drivers side of the intercooler. I don't think it was a powerlab kit either, but who knows. Maybe it was custom.
Witnesses say he was an auto mechanic and he was test driving a customer's car. He was coming back to the shop when the crash happened.

Maybe it was a shop installing a new powerlab kit? That pipe up front is awfully long.
Mind you this wreck has really has nothing to do with the kit. The car was obviously fast enough that even an experienced mechanic couldn't handle it. He shouldn't have been driving it like that on slick streets anyway.

Yep. He was running a Powerlab kit. Wow...'
Anyway, I'll quit with debating the technical aspect of it. I was mainly curious as to if it might be anyone we know here. The last thing I want to do is make light of the situation...

Oh!
I with you on the powerlab kit, that was my third guess after reading the posts.
I also agree that he should not have been driving on the slick streets.
