I got an AIM from a random person asking, hey are you the person having issues with the powerlabs directions? yeah? well I write them. =)
He answered a bunch of questions and cleared up a lot of stuff. No doubt some things were missed in the directions, anyone who buys the kit in the future should have updated directions.
anywho.
some more pictures.

FYI Band clamp on the cross over to the first up pipe is 2.5" not 3"

up pipe 2, goes up the side of the A/C compressor.

A/C line #2, not noted in the directions, I figured it followed the factory one.

couldn't fit this one in the rubber grommet. I might wrap it or mod the grommet so it wont get cut over time.

3" down pipe, will it fit? sure as hell doesn't seem like it. but if done just right, yes, yes it does fit!

Crash bar mounts, you must cut them to fit the massive I/C

front before moving things around.

After relocating the air bag sensor, flipping a horn around and cutting the other horns mounting bracket, I was able to make them all fit, oh I also had to move the ground wires around for the horns. just loosen the 8mm nut and turn the wire. easy enough.
FYI I wanted to bend the factory bracket for the air bag sensor so it was flat, after bending it and making all the paint flake off the bracket I noticed that the I/C still wouldn't clear the bottom of the sensor where the clip is. so I ditched the idea and moved it to where the horn is mounted.

Called it quits for the day and went inside to Linh cutting up some fresh fruit.
straw berries, white mango, and water melon. yum
Outside of not understanding the directions, I'm finding this install to be over all... very easy. I have enough tools that I can easily make things work the way I want them to work, thanks to that 45o elbow socket (not sure what its called) That has been my go to tool, as with some ratchet style wrenches.
I have about a full day into it now, I started yesterday around 4pm-8 and today I worked from around 2 to 11 taking many breaks the whole day and getting side tracked with other things outside of the turbo kit.
Whats left to do.
Turbo install should take some time
oil spacer/oil lines should be easy.
charge pipes/BOV shouldn't be bad
exhaust/waste gate should be very easy
utec, once I figure out how to load a map, it will be easy.
once thats done, I need to run my return fuel lines, install my boost controller, and install my gauges.
fun fun fun.
it's going much much much faster then I thought it would. thats for sure!

I didn't consider this before I started my install and I ended up with a snake nest of death.

That 4-bolt flange on the turbine outlet brings back nightmares. V-band is mucho easier.
I'm assuming that's why they leave the turbine housing off, becuase it's impossible to tighten those bolts on the flange without doing it. Just be extremely careful when putting the turbine wheel in the housing, it's really easy to do some damage if not careful.

Good pics.
Curious about the up-pipe , WRT the pipe with V-band underneath and the four bolt flange (up-inlet to the housing).
Does it appear possible to bolt the housing to that pipe "first" and then snake the up-pipe down to the bottom, (attaching the v-band last)?
Those bottom four bolts look pretty nasty to get to as well that the down pipe flange.
