My tuner said that I shuld upgrade electircal wiring to fuel pump relay and from ther to as close to the pump as possible. Gaining aprox 30% more flow, he said. So he want me to do it before I come. I don't know where the relay is. Can any one point out where in manual I can read about it?

Found the relay in manual, but it's no easy operation... not possible to remove. So now I need to find out what wire controlling the pump and most of all where to access it IF it is possible.

If you really think that the wiring may be an issue - you can take the output from the fuel pump relay (at the bottom of the IPDM) and use a quick tap or solder another 12 gauge wire and hook it up in parallel with the existing wire. Then run it back through the firewall and along the passenger side.
It is an interesting point to consider. What is the amp draw of the Walbro 255 pump? Around 10 amps at 50 psi? That's 140 watts. The recommended gauge wiring would be 10 ga (for a single cable) for a run of 10 feet I believe. Stock wiring is probably 14 or 16 gauge.
