Fuel tank to engine:
2 -6AN hose -> Y join -> 1 -8AN hose -> -8AN 45 micron in-line fuel filter -> 1 -8AN hose:
Return line:

Do you have a tool to help in the actual assembly of the hoses. I have seen 3 methods...
1) the old school which results in a lot of bloody hands involves using the tip of a flat head screwdriver and pushing the edges of the SS hose into a fitting. Not the best way...Very Crude and Painful.
2) Koul Tools - small hand held or vise-held box-device which narrows the rough edges of the SS hose making building SS hose a breeze. About 15 seconds per fitting.
3) Specialized vise clamps that hold the Fitting in place while you crank the hose into each fitting.
Your choice...I purchased the Koul tools and it made my assembly a snap.
Just my $.02
Good Luck.

You forgot to mention the method 4:
Hand them over to your mechanic and let him choose from the above choices...
