ATI Pro Charger News and Updates (to be ongoing)
Never have,
Times in my sig are N/A with Plenum and ET Streets and N20.
I don't know of anyone who has tracked their ATI SC yet and the season is ending soon! Mine is still in the shop!

Max (or anyone else with track experience in high HP cars). I had perfected (at least for me) a decent launch technique on my STOCK Z. I would rev to about 3-4 K and "slip" the clutch out smoothly but quickly. I took off pretty well with no wheel spin or hop.
Now that I have 350-360 RWHP, that method is not going to work for me. I tried it (only once!) and I immediately noticed the smell of burning clutch!
With that much RWHP, what method do you recommend for launching?
Thanks.

The more power you have in the car, most of the time your launch/60ft will get worse, at first. Practicing on the street and then launching at the track is totally different (you may know that already).
If you smell the clutch, then you may be slipping the clutch a little too much. You may have to lower the rpms and slip it quicker or just slip the clutch quicker at the same rpm you were launching at. It'll take several runs at the track to prefect your launch.
Also, since you may be on street tires, you'll be spinning much easier and will need to learn how to control it. That's why it's more fun to race on a hwy or open road where you don't have to worry about roasting your clutch and wasting your tires. It's fun to go to the track once in a while though.
Good luck.

One more thing, yesterday when I suprise dropped in on them and my car was just sitting outside I asked them if they were going to fix the oil leak and the owner said " we don't do that here."
Do what fix problems they created? Huh?

I say get a lawyer anyways !!!!!!!!!!! With all the dyno's and wrong installs who is to say that after they get eveything working it won't break down. That is just to much stress on an engine. Its like a 100,000 mile engine. If it's put on right it works right. If they they put it on wrong its like taking half of the cars life off the bat. Get a lawyer and make them buy you a new car with the procharger intalled by someone else. That is what i would do....

Max, I hope you will be able to get all your car issues worked out.
This is a noob question. Just throwing it out there as an idea.
If they screwed something up such as hitting the rev limiter one too many times on a dyno, wouldn’t ecu keep that stored in its memory?
Just trying to help

I would try to find a lawyer that will take on your case for no charge. Trust me there is a ton of them. Then F***K them like they are trying to do to you.
