ATI Pro Charger News and Updates (to be ongoing)
Frankly, posting here is probably not helping your cause very much. I am sure FFP is monitoring this thread as I have been for some time. Despite the fact that you may have been done wrong, your are weakening your position since you are laying all your cards on the table for EVERYONE to see. From your comments here it seems evident that you are pressed for time since you are borrowing your mother's car. I am sure that FFP now knows this as well.
If you are going to play hardball with FFP, then do it. Show some spine. Otherwise, you are nothing but idle talk.
Sorry, but just my two cents.
BTW, "LAWYERS" are in the yellow pages and this thread can be used as evidence for(or against) you. Start dialing.

The promised time for him to call me with the results of a "leak test" has passed and their shop is now closed. No messages on my cell phone and I have been home all day. I can only hope this is positive news that they are still working on my car and it isn't just sitting there. If they restore it to working condition as promised in front of my witness and recored I will recant *everything* I have said. If not, I get a lawyer.

OK I will start dialing tommorow BBB and BOR then check the yellow pages. If you think I am laying out all my cards you're nuts. I have sued people before and won.
<<Show some spine.>>
Get off me with your scare tactics. FYI I *own* my mom's 02 Explorer, it's registered in my name and I let her use it. I also have an 02 GMC Envoy and duty vehicles if needed.
Show some care and concern Mr. Cold Heart. Next time it could be you!

about the whole lawyer thing..forget it. you'll get nowhere..at the MOST ..MAYBE...the cost of repair will be covered. The lawyer bills will exceed that.
and even getting that will take 1-2 years.
plus...if it's under 10 grand..small claims is about it.
Your best course of action is to get your car back and have someone else fix it and write it off to 'experience'.
Ship the car out to Crawford or someone...or take it down to Signal in Torrance.
way cheaper than getting a lawyer.
I been through this a few times over the years. you CANOT WIN anything remotely resembling what you want.
repairs and maybe just maybe the cost of a rental car. also..any competent lawyer 'fro the defense' can cruskh your case unless you have a contract with the mechanic that specifies EVERYTHING in EVERY CASE of the deal.
walk away.

max, you definately did take one for the team being a test tube for all this.
i thought ffp was going to step up to the plate and fix your car from what it sounded like in their posts and your following posts.
it would definately be beneficial for them to fix this asap so you can get onto posting some positive things about them!
i am surprised they are letting your car sit knowing they are getting bad press the longer they let this go, and i'm sure they are losing customers meanwhile.
ffp, any response?

He just said, your compression is low there is leaks come pick up your damn car." With a witness on the other line at my phone he admitted to exssive Dyno's w/o a signed waiver and said take it to court he don't care. He said compression is low in 2 cylinders and my "rings are shot." I need to call the BOR before I pick it up?
He's already admitted that "they don't do" whatever they're saying is necessary to fix the car........it's pointless to leave it there.........take it to someone that has some solutions........FFP seems to have nothing but excuses...........get your car fixed the right way, and then try to recover your costs...........if it's under five grand, you can go small claims, and be in front of a judge in a month or two..........you have a few different options right now, but leaving the car in FFP's hands is not one of them

A lot of companies have had problems developing force induction alternatives due to this fact. Although companies have released products on the market, they aren't as efficient as they could be.
Top Secret has already blown 5 motors testing thier twin turbo kit...
Yeah my car went end fine and came out "blown up" not hard to rationlize what the cause was after only 50 miles. I was polite while I waited another week (for the second time) to give everyone a fair chance. The result I got was not good. My poor baby was damaged and she is so beautiful!
