PA Emissions Nightmare
Ok, listen to what im saying cuz i have been in the same EXACT situation as you.
Alright search around for a emissions center that does sniffer tests. I know theres atleast one or more in that state so dont tell me about the law. When you find out, stick with them for the rest of your TN days.
Now you need 2 oem cats and a Y pipe. Take the Crossover TN exhaust pipes off and put the stock cats and Y pipe on. Run through Emissions and you pass. This process might even delete your codes dependin on what they are.
About the ac line. Ge that wraped with heat wrap or somekind of metal shield and you're set. no need to spend mad doe on something you dont need.
I can help you by sending my stock cats and Y pipe to your house but i will need them back.

Your the man rook - I ordered a new AC line with heat shield from TN and then had it wrapped with header wrap and installed. Mechanic tells me it temped out at 190 F, similar to a radiator hose and no more rubbing anything. Looks like the hose should hold up for good bit.
As far as the emissions, I appreciate the offer on the cats and y-pipe, but I cant re-inspect till next year. Once they hook you up to the computer your in the states database. This damn thing identifies your car by VIN over the CPU. I went to at least a dozen shops - some in the city that look like they would be open for another 5 minutes, and some out in the sticks that look like a scene out of deliverence - everyone had the state computer.
