Brake cleaner. Just spray it inside. Don't use simple green it corrodes aluminum.

Just stating the obvious, but a catch-can will help catch oil before it gets into the IC.

It still gets a little nahsty in there. But you're right, a catch can will keep it MUCH cleaner.

Simple Green? Wrong answer. Better to clean with something that not only works fantastic for the job, but also gets injected into the engine already as it is so you don't have to worry about any possible issues.

I have a catch can and noticed some oil in the piping right before the intercooler. Motor and kit has less than 3k miles on it. Is this normal?

Turbo oil seals leak oil, some more than others. An oily residue build up in the IC may be more common than you think. Open a coupler and stick a finger in a pipe... With the G35 JWT TT IC, you can clean the IC without removing them since they both tilt down and have a removable center piece - quite convenient. You can also hook the piping up, minus the center T and dry out the ICs by idling the car.

Thanks. Ill have to see how convienient my intercooler would be to take off and clean. Im running Mobil 1 10w-30 and a quart of Lucas Synthetic oil stabilizer. Should I switch to a different weight?

Unless you see freezing temps, I'd run 15W-50. Turbos get that oil hot! Sharif has me run 10W-40 in the winter and 15W-50 in the summer here in NC.
