Default vortech beltslip Q?

For those of yall with beltslip problems on your vortech. Has anyone tried using a pulley that actually grips the belt more vs a stronger belt? Comming from the cobra crowd, we usually contact Reichard Racing for their "ultra grip pulley" but this was for an eaton blower pulley. I just found out that they do vortech, paxton, allot more. They custom make pulleys for EVERYTHING. I was wondering if anyone has tried this setup vs having an all cog pulley setup or more idler pulleys aka gtm's setup. I would be a guinea pig for this setup but my install wont be for another month or so. Just wanted to here about yalls opinions on this. Here is a link so that yall know what im talking about. Notice the grooves notched in the serpentine pulley vs the normal one.

i run 15psi with no slip with the stock vortech plate and pulleys. I think others have said above 16psi, the belts start slipping.

gotta wonder if the "extra grip" leads to premature belt wear. broken belts = no grip

mine always slipped at 13 to 14 psi ....5800 rpm to redline

I believe some people have tried the pulleys you speak of . They di wear out much sooner though .

I think the people that tried those pullies found they didn't clear somehow and couldn't even be put on
