Hooked the oil catch can as I thoght was the way to do it from PVC valve to can and from there to the plenum. Then during tuning (@14PSI) oil started to drip... It was from passenger side valve cover gasket. So I took the hose off planum and plugged it and replaced gasket and let the catch tank vent into a filter out in atmosphere.
Now the Q:
Is thet the way to do it?

Where is your driver's side vented to?
During boost your catch can isn't working.
My set up uses 2 check valves and routes suction both from the intake manifold and the turbo intake piping. That way there is suction at all times.
Also, my driver's side valve cover is vented to atmosphere with a breather filter, more as a safety, than anything else. With my setup it should only be sucking air in (positive crankcase ventilation).

rcdash:I also like to se pic on your setup
Well this pic shows how I had hooked it up (it's a pic when engine bay is under construction, not the final result). Now I just have a filter directly on the catch can pipe.
Just want to know if that the new setup will do the job and no harm.

Ok, I'll try to snap one this weekend. In your current set up where does your driver's side breather go to? It is the vent under the throttle assembly on the driver's side valve cover. Even if your PCV is blocked during boosting, there is a hose that connects both valve covers (located in front of the fuel rails), that should have released any pressure to the driver's side valve cover and out the driver's side vent. Surprised the passenger side valve cover started seeping... Unless it was never properly sealed in the first place?

Drivers side gos to drivers side intake filter like it used to on the greddy tt piping. I really don't think it was any problems w/ the gasket before, but it's hard to be possitive.
And isn't there a problem if catch can don't do it's job under boost? As I get it it's then most oil is squeest out? And the venting of crank hose better work under boost, right?

The PCV valve is closed when you are in boost , so maybe this were your problem.....

Yeah but the pressure from the passenger side should have escaped through the driver's side suction since he has that routed correctly. Weird.
I'm beginning to think that suction alone isn't good enough - maybe you need positive flow (one side going in and one side going out) but I don't understand why that would be the case...

I'm thinking maybe the vented air just circulate, don't escape?
