One thought.. Harmonic balancer to help harmful vibrations to motor
and valve train. Fluid damper or ATI damper.

Quoted from Jegs:
You can't feel them or hear them, but harmonic vibrations are at work inside EVERY internal combustion engine. That's not good. Similar to glass-shattering forces created by a high pitched note, harmonic vibrations cause metal fatigue and can cause significant power loss because crankshaft harmonics are transmitted to the camshaft and valvetrain. Control this power-robbing force with a Fluidampr harmonic damper that uses race proven vibration damping technology. A high viscosity silicone fluid surrounds a nylon-coated inertia ring inside a laser welded housing.

APS twin turbo - Good
greddy tt evo exhaust - so you are running this or the AAM exhaust?
Carbonetics triple disc clutch - judging by your injectors you would probably be fine with the twin
EMS-fcon - Good
Deathscherks 600cc injectors - Good
Boost controller - undecided HKS EVC V or VI is recommended
Turbo timer - undecided - don't get one, waste of money
AAM 3" TD with AAM 3" Downpipes - so which exhaust are you running? I would get the APS 3.5" to 3" downpipes and run one of the following exhaust:
APS 3"
APS 2.5"
Greddy EVO TT

Eagle rods 8:8:1 - just so you know your rods don't determine compression ratio - eagles are good
weico Pistons - fine, but I would get extreme duty pistons out of wiseco or arias
automaster Boost gauge - do you mean autometer?
automaster Oil pressure guage do you mean autometer?
automaster AFR gauge do you mean autometer? If so, I don't think they make a decent AFR gauge, and on top of that, an AFR gauge is redundant if you are running the HKS AF knock amp
AAM Fuel Return System - I would run the cjm over the AAM
Heads Match Ported/Polished - waste of money, but fine
JWT C2 Cams- idk why - I would recommend BC stage 2 or 3 over the JWT
HKS A/F Knock Amplifier - Good, just for your information, this will eliminate your need for a separate AFR gauge
Base on your list, it sounds like a little more research is in order.....

There is more that needs to be researched:
head studs - ARP L19 or possibly the HR TTY bolts
Main studs - I would assume they are using ARP
Head gaskets - probably HKS or cosworth stopper style, but maybe oem
oil pump - I would get the revup oil pump
additional cooling; might not be a bad time to drop in a koyo radiator. Don't waste your money on a nismo stat. It won't do anything to keep your temps down.

-Carbonetics triple disc clutch

-EMS-fcon Vpro, if you going with hks make sure you get standalone not the iS

-Deathscherks 600cc injectors <-get bigger, 750 or 800cc

-Boost controller - undecided <- use hks

-Turbo timer - undecided <-dont get it, worthless

-AAM 3" TD with AAM 3" Downpipes

-Eagle rods 8:8:1 <- i like the BC rods better, but Eagles are good

-wiseco Pistons

-automaster Boost gauge

-automaster Oil pressure guage

-automaster AFR gauge

-AAM Fuel Return System

-Heads Match Ported/Polished not necesary for your goals at all, maybe a light polish

-JWT C2 Cams- idk why <- those are good but i like BC stg2, great idle and they make good power

-HKS A/F Knock Amplifier

my take.
