Default Plug choices for built motor

Figured I should post up a thread to see what everyone is running for plugs on their built motor / turbo cars as we don't have an up-to-date thread.

I think this has been covered before, try searching. Plugs depend on the motor/setup.

In general I prefer NGK Iridium's for the 350Z. 1 step colder will suit many street builds, and 2 step colder for more extreme setups.

NGK 1step colder

NGK 2step colder

600hp...1 or 2 steps? I know if you go too cold the plugs wont "self clean" and fowl up quick.
