I'm attempting something similar to this though not quite as involved into a 91 240sx. I'm trying to figure out if I could run the VQ, ecu and complete wiring with 350z dash, accel pedal and ignition cylinder. Wire cabin harness to fuel pump and change fuel system to return less. I'm trying to make the wiring easier and run things like the S13 headlights and wiper on standalone relays. I'm also trying to do it without an Uprev flash to remove NATS.
I have an 04 DE motor, engine harness and have a lot of the parts needed from my 350z like the gauge cluster and pedal. I know NATS requires use of key and ignition cylinder which is married to the ECU to turn over but does anyone know if the rest of the wiring (engine harness, cabin harness, dash, accel pedal etc.) is all interchangeable within 03-05?
I've heard of people doing this into 240z's but there's not a lot of info out there so I'm wondering what kind of problems I'd run into besides fitting in all the wiring.
