hmmmm I think I have experienced the same problem..
Im running the stock 3.33 on a vortech and some time when on boost I can smell some oil...and when looking on the rear mirror I see some smoke..dont know if this is from the street or something but I got a friend behind the car and gunned and no smoke,but I get the oil smell sometimes...is this what u are reffering?

I was running synthetic oil and i was having that problem of smoke coming out my exhaust when i was boosting. I switched to some 20-50 motor oil and it stop smoking but my tale pipes are always black and when i rev it up it throws oil out the exhaust, its like oil/water mix. I was thinking it’s just because im running a lil rich but my oil is always low so it has to be leaking from somewhere.

 

for some reason this made me laugh out loud in the office. To the OP it sounds like you have a bad problem. no way should you need to refill your oil every 2 weeks that is just crazy. Hope you are able to get it resolved. Oh and if the motor is the problem then AAM should ot charge you for a mistake on their part.
