If you have to ask, you shouldn't have an FI car.

Figured Id update this old thread, as opposed to starting a new one.

I have many feeling and emotions right now, none are good, here is a quick post/update and recap of my weekend:

* Car has been "good" never will have all little quirks worked out but overall running good up to this weekend

* At 4200 miles on the motor I changed the oil a 2nd time myself (3rd on this motor) and sent the analysis to Blackstone as I always do

*Second oil analysis was received 1 day AFTER I drove the car 600 mile to Clemson, SC, babied it most of the way.

*oil report looked so bad and depressing I wouldnt have driven it if I had seen it before the trip. For the record the 1st one looked "good"

*Take my friend for a ride 2 miles down the street (the last night before I planned on leaving), and I hit it 1X in 3rd - 4th, FAWK MY LIFE I loook at guages my coolant temp is climbing like my tach, my car is smoking like its on fire and I pull over

*Coolant (Evans) EVERYWHERE and I see the overflow fill up, then get all sucked back in

*These $hitbox Fans I had so much trouble with STOPPED WORKING, check fuses, lines on side of road they wont turn on AT ALL

*I decide to not chance driving the car back, because I dont feel like diagnosing the fan issue, finding Evans in BFE, getting air out of cooling system and then risking driving 600 miles home and probobly not making it.

*Fly home, with no car, no working cell (I puked on it in disgust of this fawking car), and no guns (I had taken some $hit to go shoot on a farm wasnt trying to check it through TSA) - Ray @ PFS I will eventually call you if I decide to go a certain route - this is not a call out to you, this isnt even your motor.

After 4800 miles on this motor (first one had same symptoms and ended up needing new pistons, machining, bearings, headgasket was blown, rebuild, etc at 9000 miles) this $hit happeneing AGAIN to me makes me absolutlely sick to my fawking stomach. I have no faith in this car, this build, this motherfawking community at all anymore. I am sick of shops claiming they push limits and they setup dyno queens and tell customers to not run high boost. I hate how shops like vids of 160mph runs with their name on it and get down on you when your car breaks because YOU DRIVE IT FOR WHAT YOU BUILT IT. I want no assumption on the ladder comment, that shop/person knows who they/he is, so nobody assume this crap right now.

Anybody that pushes 600+whp on a SLEEVED motor that doesnt have issues - I am calling you out now you drive like a *****! Fawk all shops who sell/recommend sleeves to "street" cars

I have never in my life spent sooooo much money on something that CONSTANTLY breaks and has issues with not even half the rewards I am about to take the car into a field and put 1000 slugs through it. This has to end somewhere....

Unbelievable!!!!! At this point I can't even think you would be interested in making a comeback. What the Hell!!!!!
A simple mechanical failure or what could be a fuse, or a simple disconnect of the cooling fans and this is the result? Holy Cow!!! This sucks royal Donkey *****!!! Has this failure been confirmed. Is that the bottom line, or is it just what you suspect? Also was there any type of aftermarket cooling fans or shroud added to your setup? Any clue why it failed? Had the car been jump started at all lately? i know that I have experienced some irregular fuse related failures when I let the car sit too long and had to jump start it.
Just not that.
