OP,

If you tried contacting us between 12-1 MST (as the time stamp on your first post would indicate), we are closed for lunch. Please PM or call (480.926.8797) us. Thanks!

Darren

They were slammed with calls this morning. I got their voicemail a couple times myself. So I texted Pete (IntenseAero) on his cell and he advised me they were getting slammed. Just keep trying to call them and try to be patient. There is only a couple guys in that office answering the phones. I called again shortly before reading this thread, and got through. But when I asked for Han, Darren, or Pete... I was told Pete was gone for the day, Han was working in the back, and that Darren had 2 lines going already.

I had the same problem when I ordered something from them. Keep trying, or try PM. When I did get a hold of them, they were helpful. It was just difficult to get through.

I would recommend to Intense some alternative means to take customer calls. I run a support center for a medium sized semiconductor company (about $500 million in sales/year). I would get killed if a customer called and could not get through to us. You can outsource to a call service for under $500 a month, and NEVER miss a call. I know places get busy, but there is more you can do besides rely on 2 guys and a couple voice mail boxes that are full a lot of the time. Modern technology and good customer service are a powerful combo. As far as I am concerned there is no reason to ever miss a customer call.

I respond to over 300 new customer calls a month with 3 full-time employees (we do about 2-3000 phone calls a month total). This is in addition to working existing open issues, and supporting our own technicians. Our products are infinately more complex than anything Intense sells, and we do technical support and sales support for customers all over the globe (10+ countries). I NEVER MISS A CALL.

OK, off the soap box/OT.... Good luck OP. Also, I should say I had a good experience with Intense, they were just hard to get a hold of.

Aite I got through Thanks guys! I had the same problem with my company a year ago so this isnt a a bash on intense just when you get a product thats in high demand you sometimes find yourself busy 24\7 and the phones never let you get caught up. +1 on the call service or answering service..Sometimes is better to hear a human voice even though they dont have an answer

Got your PM, but it sounds like you already got a hold of Intense. I'm sure Powerlab/Intense/Performance Factory will get you squared away so you can........ Wooosh!!

That is nice and all, but can your company troubleshoot turbocharger problems and make recommendations over the phone? I would laugh at anyone who tried to give me advice and had never seen a turbo in real life.

"Well when I spool, the flux capacitor makes this creaking....then a whoosh...then it plays the soundtrack to Gone With the Wind"

On second thought, maybe PowerLabs SHOULD outsource so I can call up with stupid questions and tape the response! then I'll hit them with the Judge Judy soundboard for good measure.

Does your downpipe rub on the trans? No matter what I do it will either hit the exhaust manifold or the trans...

Default Powerlab downpipe issues

Is anyony with the powerlabs kit having issues with the lower pipping of the kit scrapping? I am stock hieght in my G and I am scrapping almost every medium to large sized bump in the road... Everytime it scrapes it seems as though my pipping is gettin pushed to teh side and now im gettin rattles from what sounds like the downpipe touching the subframe.

Also has anyone noticed a screeching noise on decal with this kit? The sound almost sounds like someone scrapping their finger nails on a chalk board. If I am at idle and rev to say 4k rpm and let off the gas you can hear the screech all the way down back to idle. It is also audible while in gear decelerating .

hahaha I don't think your weight has anything to do with it!!!

Like I said, PLEASE post pics of your DP from the underside of the car. Pictures speak a thousand words (or something like that).
